Cerberus is a long standing organization run by a family or one particular race. In some regions of space, the name "Cerberus" is fear through out quadrants, but in others, they have no concerns of them invading for the y are either protected or out of their reach, or even just haven't heard the name before thus no need to worry. The primary focus of the group is rather unknown to the rest of the world, but their actions seem to pit it at world domination. The group has conquered many planets throughout its history, it has lost some and sold some, but the selling of the planet is very seldom. From each conquered planet, they tend to enslave the population either into production factories or into their military forces as grunt like troops. The first to see battle and easily "disposed" of is what they are. The soldiers that usually join willingly gets promoted and such for loyalty. The family or race that leads these men and organization are fairly unknown, but suspected to be a hybrid people of the Majin and Changelings, they are rarely seen and when they are its by their higher ranking officers.

Cerberus Divisions
Division 1 is the cerberus branch in charge of the military, the higher ups, and the military itself, the grunts and other lower ranking officers. When taking over a world/planet/city, these are the men and women of the organization that go in and take things. This is also the most diverse division with in the the group, the races that make up division 1 range from saiyan to majin, to even humans. They are traditionally dressed in Saiyan like armor with the colors being black, orange and gray.

Division 2 is the financial and production group of the organization. With in this area, there are the higher ups like the people who are in charge of money and the lower pawns, which are the people that work in the factories and such. The factories produce weapons, armors, vehicles, ships, food and other supplies that cerberus would need. They are usually guarded with division 1 troops. The races within the division 2 aren't as diverse as division one. They only harbor the races that are loyal, or at least more towards the top. the basic worker s are generally slaved races.

Division 3 is the special forces group along with being the rulers guardians and protectors. This division i an elite fore with in cerberus and have special privileges that most of the others don't get, even some of the higher ups in the other 2 divisions aren't as trusted. The races that make up this division are solely Saiyans, Majins, Changelings, and Makaioshins. There is to be no other race invited or inside of this division. The special forced part are the ones that do assassinations of leaders of another organization or rulers of a planet. They are also used for stealth and information like operations.

The Galactic Federation is what some say are the "Good Guys". They rival the Cerberus organization and try its best to protect the planets and allow them to have their own way of life. This group is led by elected officials that have been with in the organization for years. Their overall rulers are very well known and is lead by 3 people. Their main gal is to preserve the universe rather than control it, they do this with the help of willing participants. They have stations on many planets, and many more give them their full support in stopping the Cerberus scourge.

Galatic Factions
Faction Alpha is in the division of their military that specializes in vehicle and ship combat. They are mostly stationed in space on space station like structures and space battle ships. They accept all willing fighters and combatants of all races.

Faction Beta is the division of the military that specializes in ground combat. These men and women re mostly stationed on planets and have ground head quarters. These people protect important buildings on some planets and some embassy like constructs. They accept all willing races into their ranks.

Faction Cappa are the diplomats of the organization. Though these men and women are fighters, they like to take a diplomatic way into fights and such. They try communicating with the enemy or opposition before the military gets itself involved. These people also negotiate and keep relations with planets and native peoples a float.

Faction Delta is the special forces and official guardians of the galactic federations leadership. The allow a lot of races into their ranks, but are made primarily of Kai races fighters. They carry out the special operations, stealth and other important mission like matters.

The others group is pretty much anyone who didn't choose to side with either of the main organizations. The Others group includes civilians, mercenaries, smaller groups, and pretty much anyone that isn't allied with the Cerberus or Federation groups.
